HOW TO FIX WINDOWS POWERSHELL CAN'T OPEN WINDOWS 10
Last night i encounter this problem while trying to fix my Windows photo viewer cant open the troubleshooting process was so tiring from scan of virus to a whole lot, post read in most of the blogs and sites to. but the good news is i got you covered on this one, i figuredit out this is quick an easier than other procedures out there.
Lets get fixing.
Problem: windows powershell won't run, restricts and says contact system administrator
solution.
Step 1:
press Win+Ron your keyboard to pop up the below
Type in "regedit" without quotes please else it wont run
step 2 :we find that problematic registry
navigate this path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\disallowRun
on the right pane there should be 3 registry yours should have the number 2 with data name Powershell
if found, delete it and bingo that's all. go run power shell as administrator.
