HOW TO ENABLE WINDOWS GROUP POLICY
Sometime ago i made a post about How to disable and enable windows 10 update using windows group policy which seem the most easiest way to do that. fine about that, i found out that there are some windows computers out there without this features.
The basic step to go to windows policy is to type "gpedit.msc" in windows run dialogue
To start run dialogue pres WIN+ R key on the keyboard

You will encounter an error if the group policy is not enable on your operating system similar to this image below
Step one
Download the following file
extract the file to a folder of your choice
copy this two files and paste in to the folder displayed on this image below
if that does'nt work and you get the following
do this final step and it should bring it up and running
Note: Its a command prompt process, run as administrator. Be patient it takes up to 10 min to finish
