HOW TO FIX BROWSER NOT CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET (PROXY ERROR)

HOW TO FIX ISSUES OF PROXY ERROR RESPONSE 

This post is also going to cover if you cannot change your proxy on your computer

First ensure your ISP has a positive connection to access the internet so as to test when the process is done.

Step1.

search for for run on your Pc or press WIN + R key to lunch the Run command
type in 'regedit'
ensure you didn't put space and without the quote and press enter a dailog box will pop click yes 

Step 3.

while in registry editor, in the right pane navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings

Step 3.

In the right pane, double click on the ProxySettingsPeruser DWORD and set value to 1. Incase this DWORD is not available you will need to create one and set the values appropriately see below image

Note: modifying registry is always risky as it could change the behavior of your Pc. However this procedure has worked for many users including me.

Now ensure you haven't modify any settings before if you have and its been working cross check and if it still persist i think its time to go back to default.

Go to internet option on settings and restore back settings to look like below

save settings and try again. you should be all clear heading for speed.
